Curtis Hicks, Owner
Curtis O. Hicks, Jr. has broad-based real estate experience with particular emphasis on the retail and residential sectors. In the more than 20 years since his graduation from Emory University, he has held senior management, brokerage and development positions at Eagle Real Estate Advisors, Adams-Cates (now Grubb & Ellis), Ackerman & Co., Plunkett Commercial Properties, and his own Hicks Land Investment Company. Curtis' success is founded on long-term, high-trust business relationships - some dating to the start of his career - with developers, builders and lenders in several real estate sectors, foremost among them residential and retail. His knowledge of metro Atlanta development and retail sites, his familiarity with the individual customer requirements of major retailers and his experience in land assemblage and brokerage made him one of metro Atlanta's leading real estate consultants and brokers.
Bryan Flint, Owner
Bryan Flint specializes in commercial and residential land brokerage, leasing both office and retail space, and executing marketing and research materials for various development and brokerage opportunities. He is also accomplished in the identification and brokerage of intown, high-density properties for various townhome/condo projects. His successes include several mixed-use townhome and apartment developments, banking retail centers, shopping centers, retail strip centers, and single-family residences. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Sociology.
Jim Bridges, Owner
Jim established JEBCO Ventures, Inc. in 1975. Over the past 30 years, JEBCO has developed a wide range of projects including mixed-use centers, specialty retail developments, freestanding retail buildings, office developments, luxury condominiums, apartment buildings and higher end residential. Jim serves as CEO of Jebco Ventures Inc. and LUBE USA. He is a founding director of First America Bank in Florida. Jim is an owner of LUBE of Atlanta and LUBE of Sarasota.
Bill Kolbrener, Owner
Bill currently serves as president of JEBCO Ventures, Inc. and CEO of LUBE USA. Bill is an owner of LUBE of Atlanta, LUBE of Sarasota and KMC Management Inc. a complete real estate consulting company. Bill serves as co Chairman of the Board at High Meadows School in Roswell GA.
Hester Coqui, Designer
Hester moved to the United States from her beautiful homeland of South Africa in 1997. There Hester had been involved in the granite and marble industry, where she was first exposed to LUBE cabinets while doing the countertops for the Pretoria Cucine LUBE showroom. When Hester transferred to the United States she worked in the granite countertop industry for a couple of years and in 2000, left the granite industry and started working with CUCINE LUBE cabinets here in Atlanta. A few of her favorite things to do are; getting together with friends and family for a real South African “braaivleis” (BBQ), sitting next to a big campfire under the stars, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and going to the movies. Holly Tatum, Administration
Holly is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She previously, was the HR and Safety Director, for a large concrete poured wall company until she joined the LUBE of Atlanta team earlier this year. She serves as the bookkeeper for the Atlanta showroom, but more importantly is the glue that keeps the team working together successfully. She is delighted to be part of such a great team.
